I don't know about all the statistics you are asking for, but you can
see what page is shown most here:
http://localhost/mediawiki/index.php/Special:Popularpages
Perhaps you can search for extensions that would provide you with more
statistics:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=statistics&ns102=1&fulltext=Search
