[Mediawiki-l] Really confused new user re-directing to Main_Page

This is a IIS problem, not a mediawiki one. As you get an extra slash, 
you can try redirecting to http://mywiki.xxx:90/DHLXMLwiki/index.php 
(which will then redirect to your main page).
