[Mediawiki-l] Adding new users with LDAP

You're still on the wrong page.  To do this:

1.  Make sure you're logged in as a sysop.  If you're not, it won't
work.
2.  Go to [[Special:Userlogin]].
3.  It should say "Don't have a login? [[Create an account]]."  under
the "Log in" heading.
4.  Click "[[Create an account]]".
5.  Now you should be on the form with Username, Password, 
Retype password, Your email, Your real name, and the "by email" button.

If it doesn't work, maybe LDAP overrides this?
