[Mediawiki-l] Any reason why a page would appear "orphaned", even though it's inderectly reachable from the main page?

One thing to check is that the links are proper wikilinks.  Sometimes
users use links like

	[http://mysite/mediawiki/index.php/Wiki_Article]

instead of

	[[Wiki Article]]

Only the latter -- wikilinks -- can be tracked by the wiki software.
