[Mediawiki-l] altering the ISO timestamp

Hi all,

here's a quick one:
How can I alter the ISO timestamp to show a blank instead of a "T" (e.g. 
"2004-04-12 20:48" instead of "2004-04-12T20:48", which is more readable 
IMHO).
I'd like to do this both on my own wiki and, if possible, on public 
wikis like Wikipedia or Meta.
