[Mediawiki-l] What Wiki are we each working on?

Well, yesterday's posting was probably too detailed for most, so here's 
a concise summary of the core issues:

* scenario: small corporate project team (~20 people)
* fields of application: not clear yet (too early to tell)
   ** most likely general collaboartion ("whiteboard"), central info hub
   ** possibly a knowledge base
* software:
   ** wiki engine: MediaWiki (because of its features and extensibility)
   ** extensions: PageSecurity and a few others (e.g. ParserFunctions)
* problems:
   ** getting people to recognize the wiki as a potentially powerful tool
   ** import & export of documents (compatibility with word processors)
   ** lack of GUI interface (WYSIWYG) might hinder widespread adoption
   ** lack of access control
