[Mediawiki-l] Adding <pre> to the button bar when editing

Take a look at the CharInsert function... it's not exactly what you want
but it comes pretty close.

Hi all,
	Today someone in the office discovered the <pre> tag. I've now
been asked if it
can be added to the "button bar" that appears at the top of the edit
window -
the one with the buttons for bold, italics, links etc etc. I wouldn't
even know
where to start looking for that info or even what the appropriate bits
and
pieces are called so does anyone know if this can be done?

	Any thoughts greatly aprpeciated.
