Hi all! I'm a new member in this list.
I have a problem with editing a page. Every time I save a page, there
is an error message saying:
***********************
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in
the software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "SearchMySQL4::update". MySQL returned error
"126: Incorrect key file for table './tt-wiki/tt810_searchindex.MYI';
try to repair it (localhost)".
***********************
I googled this issue and found that the error number for such problem
is usualy 1034 instead of 126. Can anybody help me to fix this
problem?
Thanks
Joas
Hi Joas, and welcome to the list.
You need to provide more information to get some help:
1. Versions of everything (MW, PHP, MySQL, etc.)
2. The full SQL query
3. Is this a new install? Any recent changes?
4. MediaWiki extensions, interesting changes to LocalSettings.php,
etc.?
5. Did it ever work?
6. Other things you have tried to fix it
Thanks,
-Justin
