[Mediawiki-l] 2 wiki on 1 server

Is it not possible to set the values in the LocalSettings.php?

$wgUploadPath       = "$wgScriptPath/images";
$wgUploadDirectory  = "$IP/images";

I tried it like
$wgUploadPath   = "/var/www/http/wikiupload";
