[Mediawiki-l] future plans for RSS?

Are there any plans to support a "per page"-specific RSS feed in MediaWiki? - One that would allow, say, users, to receive RSS updates on pages, they have in their watchlist, or on another scheme? If not, I would like to propose this idea.

I see a lot of benefits for expanding RSS compatibilities, to make MW content even more accessible and personalized to users, as RSS feeds are getting more and more popular.
