[Mediawiki-l] cannot access default domain.org/mwiki

There are 2 ways I know that things may be getting changed:
* an ".htaccess" file in the directory structure - check also in the higher 
level directories - where you have a "Rewrite" of the URL happening
* the "index.php" file itself in combination with the "LocalSettings.php" 
file - if you have not modified the index.php, check the LocalSettings.
