So you're running IIS? IIS provides SCRIPT_NAME instead of REQUEST_URI so a
simple substitution is in order. You'll find REQUEST_URI in the following
files:
- includes\GlobalFunctions.php (line 267)
- includes\HttpFunctions.php (line 33)
- includes\Setup.php (lines 89, 95, 96)
- includes\Skin.php (line 673)
- includes\WebRequest.php (line 302)
- includes\Wiki.php (line 388)
Login error:Error sending mail: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server
response: 501 Protocol requies only one recipient

See "Fix Email problem when using IIS SMTP Relay / Exchange" at

We had a similar error, although not exactly the same error, and while we
don't use either IIS SMTP or Exchange this solution worked like a charm for
us.
