[Mediawiki-l] User Articles

Hello,
I want to Create a section on my website that use MediaWiki, that allow only
the User who created the page (any User who choose to submit a page in that
application) and SysOp to be able to edit it,

Is there a way to do that with the current Code.

I assume it will be a Namespace that allow anyone to create articles, but
after that only them will have the right to Edit them (of course the SysOp
too)
