[Mediawiki-l] Captcha ConfirmEdit and 1.8.2 upgrade

Never mind.  Upgraded to latest versions of ConfirmEdit.php and FancyCaptcha.php
and all is well again.

Sure is difficult to keep up with the versions changes ...
