[Mediawiki-l] Notification email in HTML format

I'd like to know if there is a way to make the change notification emails
use HTML format.

I thought about changing the MediaWiki:Enotif_body, but I don't think that
would work, because it would only affect the message body, and would not
insert the proper "Content-Type: multipart/alternative" instruction on the
message header.
