 Sure. I run 4 mediawiki installations on one server. One option is to
set the up as a farm, but with opnly two installations I'd say that
the easiest is to make two parrallel installations, optionally using
the same database using table name prefixes.

Btw, Are you from denmark? The name points in that direction.
