Yes!  Look at includes/SiteConfiguration.php.  Using that class, you can
define a giant array with all of your settings and then load settings for
specific sites at run-time depending on the environment variables (host
name, etc).  It is possible for multiple wikis to exist in the same database
by using table prefixes or suffixes.
