[Mediawiki-l] "View source" on 1.6.x?

Hello,

on my own wiki anonymous users are dissallowed to edit pages. However, I 
want them to be able to view the source of any page.

The FAQ says this:

 Question: I want anonymous users to be able to view the wiki source on
  any page, without giving editing access. Is this possible?

But doesn't give any answer to that question. I now googled and looked at 
LocalSettings.php, but I can't see how I achive that effect.

Since it works on wikipedia.org, it must be possible. Does anybody know 
how?
