[Mediawiki-l] No such file or directory in...... (mediawiki error)

I uploaded and setup my database on my new server and get the error below:


Warning: dir(/var/www/vhosts/wikisound.com/httpdocs/skins): failed to open
dir: No such file or directory in
/home/hcn/public_html/wikisound/includes/Skin.php on line 23

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/home/hcn/public_html/wikisound/includes/Skin.php on line 26




I've re-uploaded the files a few times with no luck. Is there any reason
that this error keeps happening? I tried troubleshooting this on
mwusers.com, and that thread is available at
http://www.mwusers.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6927. That might help a
little.
