[Mediawiki-l] Database problems on non-standard upgrade to 1.8.2

Yeah. I'll rename it LocalSettings.php.old. or just copy the contents
into an online word processor. My internet is down at the moment
(using mobile to send and rec email) but I will be able to do that at
the library later. Can anyone recommend a good online ftp client? I
seem to remember net2ftp not working last time I tried...
