[Mediawiki-l] links to another pages and images dissapear with accents when i migrate to another server

Hi,
i change my hosting server and i try to import with utf8 and latin1 the
mysql db but the problem is still happening, the images that have accents
like Introdución or the links to another articles inside the wiki dissapear,
all appear in red link and dont go to the article, the name is correct in
the title but isnt inside.
