[Mediawiki-l] Text cmd= causes 404 error

Hi,

If I edit a page to include the text cmd= and try to preview or save changes
I get the following error:

	Forbidden
	You don't have permission to access /wiki/index.php on this server.
	Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to
use an ErrorDocument to handle the 	request. 

Any suggestions regarding the cause or fix for this problem would be greatly
appreciated,
