[Mediawiki-l] Will articles be transferred into namespaces?

I suppose you _could_ edit maintenance/commandLine.inc to remove the
restriction, but this is 100% insane if you are not working in a
completely trusted environment.

I also recall seeing an extension called runphp somewhere, might be
interesting (though equally insane).
