You could probably hack it in pretty easily in Parser.php; if you do please
submit a patch. ;)
Otherwise it's on my list of things to do.
There should also be a patch floating around which alters the function of
{{CURRENT*}}.

Revision 14849 in the Subversion (
http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki?view=rev&revision=14849 ) can
be used as a basis for the patch. It should just be altered to add new
twicked magic words, instead of changing the existing magic words behavior.
