[Mediawiki-l] CamelCapitalise Every Word

Hello

I was wondering...
If it is difficult to make MediaWiki case-insensitive, would it then be 
possible to do those Ugly CamelCapitalisations Of Every Word In A 
Sentence? I tried to change in title.php, line 1594, 'ucfirst' to 
'ucwords', but that gave some error about wgContLang::En etc...
In which file is the capitalisation dealt with? And - more important - 
how to change it?
