[Mediawiki-l] Save Page Results in Timeout Error -- page actually saves

Folks,

When I save an edit to a page (or create a new page), the wiki (1.7.1, 
php5, apache 1.3.37, Windows 2000 Pro) I get a server timed out error.  
However, the page actually saves and can be viewed on a reload.

Thoughts?
