Hallo,

again and again, a user with a user name in numbers like "1145347339" is
spamming our wiki. We just have installed SpamBlacklist extension, but it
didn't help against this spammer.

The spammer is creating a lot of pages with spam content beginning with the
following text:

[We are delicate. We do not delete your content.]
[l_sp979]
...
-----

How can we block this type of spam, when the default SpamBlacklist doesn't
work?
