[Mediawiki-l] Question about email confirms and passwords --not working

I hope someone can help on this,

I have installed mediawiki and all works but the following.

1. When logging in if I click on "E-mail password" th logs say apache has
sent the mail, but it is never received.

2. Same when trying to use the "confirm" email feature.
