[Mediawiki-l] Logged user can't write articles.

Please copy to here the groups of lines include wgGroupPermission in the 
files "includes/DefaultSettings.php" and "LocalSettings.php". (And 
especially, DON'T copy to here the line in "LocalSettings.php" contains 
the password to your database.)
