[Mediawiki-l] Error during install of MediaWiki: Fatal error: Class rccacheentry

I'm getting this error during the installation process ( I have changed the 
permission of the config folder to 777 ):

      Fatal error: Class rccacheentry: Cannot inherit from undefined class 
recentchange in /home/userkirk/public_html/includes/Skin.php on line 53
