[Mediawiki-l] Best way to follow content changes on the Wiki?

Hi there,
 
We have a small but growing Wiki out here and I wonder what are the most efficient ways to monitor updates and changes by other users, other than just looking at the recent changes page?
 
Anyone having suggestions?
