Sounds odd. Have you tried saving the XML file directly from the
browser, as opposed to copy-and-paste? Perhaps the browser's inserting
text at the top or bottom, although that would be obvious enough to
avoid when copy and pasting.
If you want me to have a go at getting the XML file, let me know.
