Use:

[[Image:picture.jpg|thumb|Alternate text for this picture]]

Use:
[[Image:picture.jpg|right|thumb|Alternate text for this picture]]

to right-align the image.

The options for [[Image:file]] are:

right, left, center, none, sizepx, thumb[nail], frame, alt-text
