[Mediawiki-l] Tag images with User:Username?

I want to be able to upload a picture and tag it with [[User:Myname]]
and have that image automatically show up on my User page. I was
thinking this could be done in a similar way to the Category: image
tags. 

Any ideas how this could be done?

I was wondering if it is possible to restrict the random page feature
from 
going to certain namespace pages. Also, I don't know if it already only
goes 
to pages in the main namespace. If so, can I make a special link for a 
random page for a certain namespace. For example, "Random article",
