[Mediawiki-l] No root access to database during installation

Hi

I just joined to this list, and looking for help to how to install wiki to
shared server where you do not have a root access to database. As you all are
probably aware the installation fails if you do not have root accesst to
database. Florian Effenberger <floeff at arcor.de> has reported this bug #921, at
2004-11-20 17:56.  Any help would be good!
