[Mediawiki-l] Default template for a Namespace

Is it possible to specify a 'default' template for all documents in a 
particular namespace?  I am using v1.5rc4.

I am very new to mediaWiki and I am sure this is a simple thing to do 
but I have not been able to tease it out of the documentation..
