[Mediawiki-l] Updating my protected Main Page

I have been working with MediaWiki 1.5 and I've been having a bit of  
difficulty with the Main Page updating when I submit changes to any  
of the templates I use.

The largest problem I'm having is that I have installed an RSS  
extension and the Main Page won't update when the RSS feed is  
updated. This is a big problem! How can I fix it?
