[Mediawiki-l] Missing image

The site is on an intranet, so inaccessible, but a snip from the wiki page looks like:

I don't know if all the code surrounding it made the difference (it's part of a much longer list), but then why?  The bit I had to copy was the "Import-Export.png" in the Image tag.  I could type it in but to no avail, copy and paste and there was my image.  There were three images on this page, and two other pages affected with about six images each (I would copy the whole page but it is rather large).
