[Mediawiki-l] 1.5: adding local css/js

Hello out there, 

what is the preferred way to add local css and javascripts in MW 1.5?
These format my own <wikitags> so I'd like to make them available to
all 'skins'.

With 1.3 I hacked the xhtml_slim.pt template.
