[Mediawiki-l] Stupid about skins

Hi,

I tried to read the "voluminous" articles about skins.
After treatment by my dummy brain that gives :

1. On distant wiki
Done : $wgDefaultSkin = "cologneblue";
OK : CologneBlue for welcome page
http://wikisic.ouvaton.org/wiki/index.php/Accueil
not OK : no skin when loged in ; example user Fred Password fred

2. On localhost wiki
Done :
$wgAllowUserJs = true;
$wgAllowUserCss = true;
$wgDefaultSkin = "myskin";

Result : no skin nowhere
