[Mediawiki-l] upgrading problem to 1.5 (latin-1)

Well, this tip didn't work for me. Just insert now new all my pages. Luckely 
its not long ago, that my wiki started so there are only about 20 sites. 
Well, much work today :(

I give up converting latin1 to utf8 by anyway. Perhaps i'm to silly, but it 
didn't work, with any configuration i tried.
