[Mediawiki-l] Resolved: Upgraded to 1.5.2 and am getting "Youhavecookiesdisabled"

I did two things to resolve this issue:
1) had my ISP change the local session.auto_start to 'off' ... this didn't 
help initially so I
2) deleted all the files and reinstalled using the existing database.
All is well now.
