That's easy - the CVS repository contains the latest file for any part
of the software,
e.g. http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/wikipedia/phase3/languages/LanguagePt_br.php
for index of that directory see:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/wikipedia/phase3/languages/

Copy it to the directory with your other MediaWiki files, and run
rebuildMessages.php as appropriate.
