[Mediawiki-l] Adding a new tab

Hi,

 I am trying to add a new tab to wikipedia which has
presently the tabs (Article,Edit,Discussion and
history).Like may be "resources" or something
alike.Can someone tell me which file to edit or which
function to modify to bring the above said efffect.

I have mediawiki locally installed with the wikipedia
database imported.
