[Mediawiki-l] Question about DumpBackup.php

Hello,

I use mediawiki 1.5.2. together with Easyphp1-7 under windows xp 

In the maintenance directory I find a file dumpBackup.php

When I try executing this programm I receive following error : 

C:\EasyPHP1-7\www\mediawiki\maintenance>php dumpBackup.php --current
Status: 500

What is going wrong here ,who can help please ?
