I've successfully migrated my mediawiki

Anyone know what's happening?
You should probably double-check the paths, and confirm that the URLs
you're loading are the actual ones to where the files are kept.
The file paths are fine, I checked before posting.
I merely made a tarball of the working wiki installation and moved it
to the new server. Then I loaded the mediawiki tables and permissions
to the new MySQL server, and the wiki was working, complete with the
site logo and "powered by mediawiki" button appearing.
Except, every uploaded file returns a 404, despite
a) the path existing on the server, and
b) Apache having complete read/write permissions on the directory.
In fact, file uploads work - the file gets stored on the server just
fine; but the same file path returns a 404 when Apache tries to
retrieve it from where it stored it a moment ago.
I'm running Apache 1.3.33 on Debian Testing. The old environment was
exactly the same.
Thanks,
