[Mediawiki-l] Wiki Markup: Internal/External Link Question

How would I link to something like Template:News&action=edit. I would like
to be able to go [[TemplateNews | update news | action = edit]] however I
can't find out if something like this is supported.

If I chose to use an external link I could 
[http://mypage/index.php?title=TemplateNew&action=edit | update news]
however, this is not good if mypage changes. Is there a way to refer to the
index file or the host-path of the current webpage?
