[Mediawiki-l] missing tables?

I recently upgraded wikimedia.   I don't know what version was on the 
server before.

I then decided I wanted to add a prefix to my table.

I created empty wiki database table with the prefix i wanted.

after I made all my Rename Table commands and ran them through i noticed 
that two table that were in the fresh table set were not in the 
previous.    validate  and blobs

Should I create these tables somehow?   were do i find the create 
statements?

My wiki seems to work alright without them...   will I run into problems 
later?
