[Mediawiki-l] different gallery problem

I upgraded from 1.3 to 1.4 and trying the image gallery returns the 
following error
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/var/www/html/sysadminwiki/includes/ImageGallery.php on line 137

the Image list works fine
