[Mediawiki-l] Where can I get a free LanguageDe.php withca-...values?

Ah, I see. :-) But it's still unclear what the #Tooltips: entries in the
LanguageXX.php are for.

I change on entry in my MediaWiki:monobook.js, but where is it stored?
In the MySQL database? I'm using 1.4rc1.

Would it work to put the messages in a file monobook.js? If yes, to
which folder do I have to save this file?
